What does Giganews Subscribers have to Say About THIS!!
These are some are some of the comments Giganew Dump Truck subscribers had to say.
- Really sorry to lose this service, I was using it for a very precise purpose. Hope you the best with the other products.
- The way you managed the shut down of Dump Truck is a major letdown. So we are supposed to download other apps to access and save our files elsewhere? What a pain in the back, really! Even though you argue that Dump Truck was “free”, customers are considering it as a package. You can’t take something away from them and keep the price unchanged!
- It’s the right decision… Your core products are of exceptional quality and (sorry for being blunt) but dump truck never provided the type of user experience or functionality that would’ve made most of users switch from existing sync & share platforms even with dump truck being a freebie for existing users…I just hope the freed up engineering and support resources will help improve your more succesful products and more promising initiatives. There’s plenty of feature requests regarding your Android app in the user comments on the app store.Best of luck.
- Half the product but the price stays the same. Great job.
- You can’t improve VyperVPN. It does everything it needs to. But the definitive online cloud storage hasn’t been build by anyone yet and the market is up for grabs.
- Really disappointed with this. It was the combination of VyprVPN and Dump Truck that made it worthwhile. I’m assuming there is not going to be any discount on the VyprVPN fees. There should be a refund.
- Free like a car comes with “free” tires? When I purchased my VyprVPN 1 years subscription I did so with the complete understanding and knowledge that Dump Truck was included. Now it is not and that is not what I purchased.
- I won’t be renewing with Giganews/Vypr now.. The only thing that made it worth it is dump truck, if you aren’t going to lower package prices in line, then I’ll be walking.
- It was not something you did well, to be fair… Unlike your other products which are great.
- No real loss as the only time I needed to get my files back, they were corrupted. Laughably, you told me I should not be using Dumptruck as a backup medium. Hilarious.
- Glad I didn’t entrust really valuable stuff to dump truck. I would be in real trouble.
Good riddance to bad rubbish. Stick with the VPNs you’re really good at those.

Sorry to hear you’re disappointed. As Dump Truck storage was a free perk with your account, we will not be offering discounts or compensation with regards to the discontinuation of Dump Truck. We have provided two partner offers above, which can server as alternatives to Dump Truck. Thanks. There were positive and negative comments about Giganews discontinuation of Dump Truck. They have done their best to discontinue a service that is something they are no longer going to support. There is no easy process to make this happen. But Giganews made the effort to partner with third party providers to make this transition as seamless as possible. Now they can concentrate on what they excel at. Giganews Says Goodbye to Dump Truck
